Gone wireless

I've entered the wireless world today. My new Dell Inspiron 6000 arrived via the UPS man today. I installed my router this morning and the laptop automatically detected the network and voila I was surfing. So far I gotta say I'm pretty impressed with the speed (no noticeable slowdown vs desktop). Kiersten is sitting beside me watching the Backyardigans off the DVR...okay now we've switched to Sesame Street. She made a request for Cookie Monster. Much nicer being able to work on the computer in the family room instead of being stuck in the basement.
This weekend it's just me and Kiersten. Stacie is up in Minneapolis for a "girls weekend" with Tracy and Lana her friends from high school. I hear some pampering and shopping is in the plans. As for Kiersten and me we'll be hanging all weekend. Once the weather gets nice we'll be heading outside to play. Probably a lot of time in her new sandbox. If it gets really nice I can fill up her new pool for some swimming.
